RemoFirst приглашает старшего бэкенд‑инженера с опытом работы на Java и Spring Boot для разработки и поддержки распределённых сервисов. Вы будете сотрудничать с командами Product, Design, Operations и Sales, принимать архитектурные решения и продвигать практики TDD, CI/CD, SRE и API‑first.

Роль предполагает гибридный/удалённый формат и работу над масштабируемыми решениями в глобальной HR платформе. Требуется глубокое знание микросервисной архитектуры, опыт работы с API и облачными технологиями.

RemoFirst provides an all-in-one global HR platform that simplifies hiring, compliance, payroll, and benefits management for businesses hiring and managing global teams. It partners with Fortune 500 businesses and startups.

Задачи:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Python, SpringBoot, FastAPI, Postgres, and Kafka
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and Sales to build reliable products addressing the needs of businesses in the remote talent market
• Make pragmatic, sustainable architectural decisions, transition functionality from the legacy monolith, establish domain boundaries, and select distributed system patterns
• Lead the adoption of modern engineering practices, including TDD, continuous delivery, SRE culture, and API-first design for externally available developer APIs
• Refactor systems to introduce modern engineering practices incrementally without lengthy, disruptive migrations
• Mentor less senior engineers through writing quality code, leading weekly learning sessions, conducting code reviews, and encouraging best practices through automated controls

Требования:

• 8+ Years of backend software development experience
• Strong professional experience with Java, preferably using Spring Boot
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Будет плюсом: Strong professional experience with Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks), experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, exposure to NoSQL databases, familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and TDD, experience with Git, experience working with cloud platforms, AWS
