RemoFirst ищет специалиста по Product Operations для поддержки принятия решений через дашборды и метрики продукта. Вы будете работать с инженерией и данными, чтобы повысить доступность данных и доверие к ним, а также координировать релизы и коммуникацию между командами.

Qualifications

• Опыт 2–5 лет в Product Operations, Product Management или BizOps в tech-среде.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain dashboards to support evidence-based decisions (Построение и поддержка панелей для принятия обоснованных решений)

• Build and maintain dashboards to support evidence-based decisions

• 2–5 Years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps in a tech environment
• Strong data skills, including SQL or equivalent proficiency
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
• Strong systems-thinking mindset and ability to solve organizational friction through processes and tools
• Ability to work autonomously in a distributed environment and own projects end-to-end
• Proficiency in English (B1)
• Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to identify underlying issues, investigate solutions systematically, interpret and challenge data, and turn insights into action
• Understanding of empowered, agile product organizations and applying that mindset to optimize internal processes
• Ownership, initiative, and ability to move projects forward with minimal support or supervision
