Traackr, Inc. is a remote-first SaaS company delivering a data-driven influencer marketing platform. This role focuses on owning backend features end-to-end, designing scalable distributed systems, and building APIs to support analytics and search.

You will develop scalable data pipelines, ensure data reliability, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to ship intelligent, data-driven products. 100% remote with occasional in-person trainings as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience building backend systems.
• Growth mindset and quick learner with openness to feedback.
• Strong programming fundamentals and debugging skills.
• Solid SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
• Comfort using AI coding assistants as part of workflow and ability to validate outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own backend features end-to-end from discovery to operations.
• Design and evolve distributed systems for performance and scalability.
• Build and maintain APIs and data access patterns for analytics and search.
• Develop scalable data pipelines powering features and ML workloads.
• Ensure data reliability, quality, and performance across systems.
