Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Go, or Scala.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems and CAP trade-offs.
• Experience with Kafka and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong SQL and NoSQL experience.
• Excellent debugging, mentoring, and communication skills.
