Qualifications

• Backend experience with Java or Kotlin in a modern microservice setup.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Postgres preferred) and AWS.
• Ability to deploy, monitor, and fix production systems with quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Kotlin/Java microservices using Spring Boot.
• Own the full software lifecycle including production monitoring.
• Contribute to RFCs, documentation, and product discovery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape backlog priorities.
• Mentor junior engineers and onboard new team members.
