Air Apps is hiring a DevOps Engineer – Backend to design, automate, and maintain the infrastructure powering our backend systems. You’ll collaborate with developers to streamline deployments, improve scalability, and ensure services are reliable and secure.

You will build efficient CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud environments, and enforce infrastructure best practices, enabling rapid delivery of high-quality features with cost awareness.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in DevOps, SRE or Cloud Engineering.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP and serverless computing.
• Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation or Pulumi.
• Hands-on containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong Linux, networking and security fundamentals.
• Scripting in Bash, Python or Go for automation.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or Datadog.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, improve reliability.
• Establish and enforce security best practices, including identity management, logging, and vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment efficiency and troubleshoot issues.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization for cost-effectiveness and scalability.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging DevOps technologies and practices.
