Air Apps, a Lisbon-born, US-based AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner company, seeks a DevOps engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP. You will drive IaC adoption, container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes, and monitor performance while improving reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong expertise with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, ArgoCD).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and serverless computing.
• IaC tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Linux-based systems, networking, and security best practices.
• Scripting in Bash, Python, or Go for automation.
• Monitoring/logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog.
• Cost optimization, scalability, and high-availability architectures.
• Strong problem-solving in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Deploy and manage containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve reliability.
• Enforce security best practices including IAM, logging, and vulnerability mgmt.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment efficiency.
• Optimize cloud resource usage for cost-effectiveness and scalability.
• Automate provisioning, config management, and routine maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging DevOps technologies and practices.
