Qualifications

• 8+ лет опыта построения backend-систем в продакшене, ответственность за сервисы от идеи до эксплуатации.

Responsibilities

• Проектирование и эволюция распределённых бэкенд-систем с акцентом на масштабируемость и корректность.
• Перевод сервисов по архитектурным решениям в продакшн.
• Поддержка существующих интеграций партнёров и создание новых для доставки данных.
• Работа в облаке AWS, миграции монолитных сервисов в облачную архитектуру.
• Мониторинг, устранение проблем в продакшене и оптимизация производительности, памяти и задержек.
• Сотрудничество с Product и Data-командами, внедрение ключевых бизнес-фич.
• Ведение архитектурных решений между командами и повышение инженерных стандартов.
• Менторство и развитие инженеров.

Design and evolve distributed backend systems with a strong focus on scalability and correctness; Take services from architecture decisions through deployment and day-to-day operation; Maintain existing partner integrations and build new ones to deliver large-scale data to partners reliably; Build and operate cloud-native systems on AWS, including migrating services from monolithic to cloud-native architectures; Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and optimise performance, memory, and latency; Collaborate with Product and Data teams to deliver business-moving features; Drive cross-team architecture decisions and raise engineering standards across teams; Mentor and grow engineers.

8+ Years building backend systems in production, with a track record of owning services end to end; Experience mentoring senior engineers and influencing technical direction across teams; Strong expertise in Java or another JVM language, including Kotlin or Scala, and the Spring ecosystem; Experience designing and operating distributed systems under real-world load; Deep hands-on AWS experience, including designing cloud-native architectures; Hands-on experience with Docker and containerised deployment workflows; Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines; Fluency with AI-assisted development tools, using them for design, coding, testing, and review while maintaining strong judgment over correctness, security, and maintainability; Strong understanding of concurrency, data consistency, and system reliability; Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational or NoSQL databases in high-throughput environments; Proactive approach with ownership and a high degree of autonomy; Nice to have: experience with large data volumes or high request throughput, architectural trade-offs and incomplete information, helping teams adopt AI-assisted development practices, Terraform, MongoDB, Kubernetes, AWS data tooling, partner integrations or API-driven systems, evolving monolithic systems to cloud-native architectures.
