Job summary

Simon-Kucher ищет опытного инженера DevOps/Cloud в Польшу для проектирования, внедрения и поддержки облачной инфраструктуры под AI-решения. Вы будете заниматься безопасными landing-зонами, Kubernetes AKS и управляемыми идентификациями, а также инфраструктурой как код и конвейерами CI/CD.

Требуется 5+ лет опыта в DevOps/Cloud, сильное владение Azure и Kubernetes, знание Terraform, Docker и интеграций API, уровень английского C1+.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в DevOps, Cloud или Platform Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Разработка, поддержка и оценка облачной инфраструктуры для AI-решений.
• Построение безопасных landing-зон с VNets, приватными точками доступа, RBAC и Managed Identities.
• Стандартизация инфраструктурных паттернов и повторно используемых модулей.
• Эксплуатация AKS и Azure Container Apps для контейнеризированных нагрузок AI.
• Infrastructure as Code и CI/CD пайплайны.
• Автоматизация сборки и релиза контейнеров.
• Поддержка моделей deployment: real-time endpoints и пакетные задания.
• Обеспечение безопасности и соответствия в облаке для AI.
• Мониторинг и observability через Azure Monitor/Log Analytics/App Insights.

• Design, maintain, and support cloud infrastructure for AI solutions;
• Build secure landing zones with VNets, private endpoints, RBAC, and Managed Identities;
• Standardize infrastructure patterns and reusable modules;
• Operate AKS and Azure Container Apps for containerized AI workloads;
• Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions;
• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines;
• Automate container build and release workflows;
• Support model deployment patterns, including real-time endpoints and batch jobs;
• Ensure AI cloud security and compliance principles;
• Implement monitoring and observability with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and App Insights;
• Establish guardrails for LLM integrations, including data handling, prompt injection mitigations, secrets, logging redaction, and model access controls.

Требования:

• 5+ Years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering;
• Strong production experience with Azure, especially Azure Foundry;
• Solid Kubernetes experience, preferably AKS;
• Knowledge of SharePoint integration, Power Automate, and Logic Apps;
• Strong Docker and containerization skills;
• Strong API integration experience with REST, webhooks, OAuth2/OIDC, and service principals/managed identity;
• Infrastructure as Code expertise, preferably Terraform;
• Experience supporting ML/AI workloads or data-heavy systems;
• Security-first mindset and experience designing production-ready environments;
• Clear and concise communication and documentation skills for different stakeholder groups;
• English at C1+ level;
• Nice to have: experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith, or other evaluation, testing, and observation orchestration platforms.

Условия:

• The salary ranges from PLN 27 000 to PLN 28 000 gross/month (UoP);
• The compensation package includes a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance, and an annual bonus;
• The annual bonus is paid in December and is based on the results of a 360-degree performance evaluation;
• Remote work is available within Poland;
• Flexible and hybrid working, remote teaming, sabbaticals, and paid time off are available;
• An EU work permit is required;
• visa sponsorship is not offered.
