Qualifications

• Bachelor's or above in computer science or related discipline.
• Experience with C++, Python, or Java.
• Proficient with server tech stack in distributed/high concurrency systems.
• Experience with big data systems (Spark, Flink, ClickHouse, HBase).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with data insight technologies (ML, statistics) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in overall architecture design and implementation of data application platforms; formulate architecture specs and lead implementation.
• Optimize data application architecture to improve stability, efficiency, and reduce storage/cost complexity.
• Design and implement data integration, offline/real-time development, governance, and BI analysis support.
• Establish technical influence, coach team members, and improve R&D capabilities.
