Job summary

You will work with .NET and TypeScript to create reliable APIs and intelligent agents that enhance phone and chat interactions across platforms.

You will own solutions from design through production, mentor junior engineers, and help improve system reliability, observability, and performance in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience post-graduation.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and TypeScript or Node.js.
• Experience with API design, distributed systems, and GraphQL.
• Ability to own production software from design through testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using .NET and TypeScript.
• Build and optimize TypeScript-based agents powering phone and chat experiences.
• Own technical solutions from design to production, including testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agent solutions.
• Contribute to system architecture and drive reliability, performance, and observability.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
