As a Software Engineer I, you will play a critical role in building backend systems that power innovative AI-driven communication experiences. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including TypeScript and .NET to develop intelligent agents that enhance customer interactions through phone and chat channels. Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Sierra AI or similar platforms for building agentic communication experiences
• Previous work with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) or IVA (Intelligent Virtual Assistant) systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
• Experience working on AI or machine learning-driven applications

On-Call Expectations

This role may include participation in an on-call rotation to support production systems and ensure service reliability. On-call responsibilities may include coverage during nights and weekends. If applicable, frequency and scheduling will be determined by team needs and communicated accordingly.
