Marathon Cheese Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support daily production in a clean, controlled environment. The role covers operating and adjusting equipment, maintaining quality standards, and performing inspections across shifts.
Candidates should be mechanically inclined with strong math skills and the ability to work well in a team. High school diploma or equivalent is required; forklift experience is a plus. Overtime and weekend hours may be required.
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm. *Saturday hours are generally 6:00am to 12:00pm. Availability of Saturday hours are dependent on production and staffing needs.
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm. *Saturday hours are generally 12:00pm to 6:00pm. Availability of Saturday hours are dependent on production and staffing needs.
3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00pm to 6:00am. *Saturday hours are generally 6:00pm to 12:00am. Please note we have a Monday night start for 3rd Shift. Availability of Saturday hours are dependent on production and staffing needs.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred . Education beyond High School would be a plus. Forklift experience is desirable. Prior manufacturing and/or packaging experience would also be a plus.
Work inside a clean manufacturing environment. Required to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally.

Saturday work may be required depending on production and staffing needs. Saturdays are usually six hour shifts. All work performed in excess of 8 hours in any work day or 40 hours straight time in any work week shall be compensated at the rate of time and one half your straight time rate.
