• Train new employees with the Training Team.

• Maintain 5S standards and assign duties to operators.
• Assist Operators with setups and troubleshooting downtime events.
• Have working knowledge to run machines in production area.
• Resolve technical problems independently across multiple machines.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians for timely repairs.
• Provide daily feedback on machine and personnel performance to management.
• Enforce general rules per employee handbook.
• Knowledge of scheduling programs for converting/thermoforming, and production data.

Shift Differential of $1.10 for working night shift.

• Performs safety inspections as required to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment, corrects deficiencies or enters maintenance requests.
• Practice and encourage safe behaviors and ensure that all safety procedures are followed.
• Perform safety, quality and productivity standard work as assigned.
• Verify/conduct required quality checks of the machines throughout the department.
• Assist supervisor daily with staffing, rework, safety incident investigations, and other pertinent projects or issues for the shift.
• Work directly with the Training Team in training of new employees.
• Use positive communication skills to promote teamwork and a team atmosphere.
• Ensure housekeeping is a priority for Packers and Operators – make assignments to Operators and crews as necessary to maintain 5S Standards.
• Assist Machine Operators on all machines with setups and troubleshooting of downtime events.
• Have a working knowledge or be able to run machines in the production area.
