• Build/port a profitable book of brokerage business on dairy products.
• Work on client development and expansion of the trading business.
• Stay updated with dairy industry analysis and macro data.
• Develop sourcing and procurement partners in the dairy space.
• Attend client meets and industry events to build market knowledge.
• Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
