Sushi Roku Las Vegas is seeking a Back Server to support servers, maintain a pristine dining environment, and assist in delivering an outstanding guest experience at a high-energy, high-end venue in Las Vegas. You will help manage table turns, resets, and station duties while embodying attentive hospitality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in upscale dining, strong communication, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a high-end, high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
• Strong communication with guests and teammates.
• Positive, upbeat attitude with strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, and weekends.
• Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness Training Certificate required upon hire.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Assist servers to deliver food to guests and maintain service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and perimeters between seatings.
• Reset tables quickly and professionally for the next course.
• Support servers and hosts to ensure efficient seating and table utilization.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and communicate with the team.
• Daily station opening/closing and side work duties.
• Contribute to an exceptional level of service and hospitality.
