Responsibilities

• Support Servers with guest greetings and a warm welcome.
• Execute beverage service, pouring and refilling as needed.
• Prepare tables for each course, resetting silverware, plates, linens.
• Maintain table cleanliness and tidy service area throughout shifts.
• Deliver beverages from service bar to guests.
• Review printed tickets to anticipate upcoming courses.
• Communicate between guests, Servers, and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Stock and organize side stations to support service flow.
• Assist with suggesting food and beverage options to guests.
• Stay present in the assigned section to cover guest needs.
