Job summary

Serrano Vista Cafe in Las Vegas is seeking an On Call Food Server to take and deliver guest orders, maintain tables, and finalize checks. You will greet guests warmly, know menu items and beverages, and operate the POS system with accuracy.

The role requires strong hospitality experience in a fast-paced resort setting, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and excellent English communication. Knowledge of wine and sanitation regulations helps you excel.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wine and champagne by the glass, major wines, liquor brands, beer, and garnishes.
• Knowledgeable of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.
• Five (5) years of Food and Beverage experience in a high-paced environment with food service experience.
• Experience working in a resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and take customer orders.
• Deliver orders and finalize checks for guests.
• Maintain tables, side stations, and overall cleanliness.
• Utilize point of sale (POS) systems for accurate order entry and payment processing.
• Communicate with management, chefs, and staff to meet guest needs.
• Perform other duties to support restaurant operations.
