Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking a Back Plant Operator to ensure safe, efficient operation of our industrial disposal process. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot equipment, and support maintenance with lock-out/tag-out practices.

The role requires a high school diploma (GED encouraged), a valid driver's license, and experience with heavy industrial equipment. Rotating days/nights shifts in our Dickerson facility offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• GED Works program is fully funded to achieve the GED.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience operating heavy industrial equipment required.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (days and nights).

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned operational tasks and inspections using designated industrial equipment and tools.
• Complete routine equipment inspections and document details per procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report issues through work orders.
• Use weekly activity books and checklists to verify operations.
• Safely perform lock-out/tag-out with maintenance teams.
