Sunvek Roofing in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Back Office Operations Administrator to join our growing team. You will sit at the center of how our business runs, working with the General Manager and leadership to learn every part of roofing operations and take on more as you prove you can handle it.

This full-time role is based in our Phoenix office. You will manage ServiceTitan data, scheduling, and financial tracking, while keeping records accurate and supporting cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Office management or operations experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new software quickly.
• Detail-oriented and problem-solver.
• Bachelor's degree a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls from customers and clients.
• Manage ServiceTitan platform: data entry, scheduling, assignments, updating records.
• Track jobs through production to completion.
• Assist with accounts receivable and invoicing.
• Support job costing and project tracking.
• Maintain clean records across departments and coordinate between teams.
• Act as communication hub between customers, sales, production and leadership.
• Spot problems and help improve processes.

Back Office Operations Administrator

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Sunvek Roofing is a licensed and insured residential and commercial roofing contractor serving the Phoenix valley. We are growing fast and looking for a sharp, organized, and ambitious person to join our Phoenix office as a Back Office Operations Administrator.

This is not a "just answer the phones" job. You will sit at the center of how our business runs. You will work directly with our General Manager and leadership team, learn every part of a roofing operation, and take on more as fast as you show you can handle it.

What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming calls from new customers and existing clients.
• Manage our ServiceTitan platform, including:
  • Customer data entry
  • Job scheduling
  • Assigning leads and appointments to sales reps
  • Updating project records and workflows
• Track jobs through each stage of production through completion.
• Help with accounts receivable collections and customer invoicing.
• Support job costing and project financial tracking.
• Keep records clean and accurate across departments.
• Act as the communication hub between customers, sales, production, and leadership.
• Spot problems and fix them. Help us build and improve processes as we grow.

What We're Looking For:
