Foundever in Las Vegas is hiring a Back Office Customer Support Specialist to provide advanced support and problem resolution for consumers. This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy in processing orders, accounts and systems.

The position offers $18 per hour, 100% paid training, and benefits including medical, dental, life and vision insurance, plus EAP and a company-supported 401k with match.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a consumer or technical support role.
• Previous experience in a back-office or administrative role preferred.
• Computer proficiency and ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customer.
• Familiar with data management and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Provide advance support and resolve customer issues related to orders, systems and accounts.
• Resolve escalated consumer issues and communicate updates and resolutions through various channel.
• Investigate cases, identify solutions, and make decisions balancing company policies and consumer needs.
• Work with teams to address recurring issues and provide training to improve front-line support.
• Monitor and identify potentially fraudulent activities.
• Document and track all support activities and resolutions in the company's ticketing system.
