Position Summary
Credit One Bank is seeking a Back Office Contact Processing Operations Representative II responsible for processing customer and regulatory correspondence and supporting mail distribution operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
Essential Job Functions
- Process customer, regulatory, and business correspondence in accordance with established policies, procedures, and service level expectations.
- Receive, sort, scan, route, distribute, and track incoming mail and correspondence to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Review incoming communications and determine appropriate handling, classification, assignment, and escalation based on established guidelines.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and accuracy standards while processing high volumes of work.
- Research and resolve inquiries through appropriate channels while exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
- Comply with all internal policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and operational controls.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer and company information.
- Identify operational issues, workflow gaps, and process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Support Mail Distribution Center (MDC) operations, including mail handling, shipment processing, inventory organization, and related operational activities.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support business needs across correspondence processing and mail distribution functions.
- Consistently demonstrate the Company's core values and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, correspondence processing, administrative support, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reading comprehension and professional correspondence skills.
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to meet established productivity, quality, and service-level expectations.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
- Financial services experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
- Ability to frequently handle, sort, transport, and distribute mail, packages, files, and operational materials.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in both office and mail processing environments.
