Job summary

Chick-fil-A Bloomington West is hiring Back of House Team Members. You will help prepare chicken, sandwiches, fries, salads, and more with speed and care. Roles are available part-time and full-time, with training provided and no prior restaurant experience required.

Workers keep the kitchen clean, follow recipes and safety procedures, stock supplies, and assist with opening/closing duties. You’ll join a locally owned Chick-fil-A led by a hands-on Owner/Operator in Bloomington West.

Qualifications

• No restaurant experience required; training provided.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Chick-fil-A standards, including breading and cooking chicken, assembling sandwiches, and preparing sides and salads.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food-safety procedures on every order.
• Keep the kitchen, prep areas, equipment, and storage spaces clean and organized.
• Restock ingredients, breading station, and kitchen supplies throughout your shift.
• Work with a sense of urgency during peak times while staying accurate and safe.
• Communicate clearly with Front of House so every order goes out complete and on time.
• Assist with opening or closing kitchen duties as scheduled.
• Follow dress code, safety guidelines, and Team Member handbook standards.
