Chick-fil-A is seeking Back of House Team Members to prepare, cook and assemble high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. You will work under independent Operator/Owner oversight, contributing to a positive dining experience and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be consistent and reliable.

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or with others.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards and prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products and changes.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete in-house training and stay current on changes.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
