Job summary

Chick-fil-A Bloomington West is hiring Front of House Team Members to greet guests, take orders, prepare drinks and desserts, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied. You’ll work at the front counter, dining room, or drive-thru and join a team that values friendly service and teamwork.

No restaurant experience is required as training is provided. Both part-time and full-time roles offer flexible scheduling, Sundays off, and opportunities for growth within a locally owned operation.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a heart for serving people.
• Reliable, on time, and willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and follow Chick-fil-A Core 4: eye contact, a smile, an enthusiastic tone, and 'My pleasure'.
• Take accurate orders at front counter and drive-thru.
• Prepare drinks and desserts, bag orders, ensure order is complete.
• Deliver food to counter, dining room, curbside, or drive-thru window.
• Keep dining room, front counter, beverage station, restrooms and guest areas clean and stocked.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy and resolve issues.
