Chick-fil-A Kuebler Gateway is seeking a Back of House Team Member in South Salem. You will support a fast, guest-focused kitchen and collaborate with a dedicated Owner/Operator team to deliver signature Chick-fil-A service and freshly prepared food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly; clean as you go.
• Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products.
• Work safely around equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete in-house training and stay updated on changes.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting or exceeding Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times. Clean as you go; leave it better than you found it
• Keep up-to-date with new products introduced by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Leadership Team
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
