Chick-fil-A is hiring for a Back of House Team Member. Working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, you’ll help provide an exceptional dining experience and uphold Chick-fil-A service and food standards.

Positions include both full-time and part-time. You’ll benefit from a friendly environment, flexible scheduling, development opportunities, and scholarship options while learning from experienced leaders in a team-focused setting.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry 5-50 lbs regularly.
• Kitchen experience preferred, but training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
