Job summary

Chick-fil-A Kuebler Gateway in South Salem is seeking a Back of House Team Member to prepare, cook, assemble and present food to Chick-fil-A standards in a fast-paced environment. You will support kitchen operations, manage station tasks, stock inventories, and keep the area clean while staying current with new products and training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know kitchen station assignments (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep the area clean.
• Follow up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products and training.
• Work safely around equipment and report maintenance needs.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting or exceeding Chick‑fil‑A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times. Clean as you go; leave it better than you found it
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products introduced by Chick‑fil‑A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Leadership Team
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick‑fil‑A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
