Job summary

Culver’s on Dupont Road in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring a Back of House Team Member. Starting pay is $15.00–$17.00 per hour. No restaurant experience required; we’ll teach you the positions, food safety, timing, and techniques you need to succeed.

You’ll learn grill, fryers, sandwich assembly, prep, dish, and other kitchen roles, moving with urgency while maintaining quality. Flexible scheduling, paid training, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• No previous kitchen experience required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to stay focused and maintain quality under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to Culver’s recipes and standards.
• Learn grill, fryers, sandwich assembly, prep, dish and other kitchen positions.
• Move with urgency while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Communicate with team to keep orders moving during busy periods.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout your shift.
• Keep station stocked and ready for the next person.
