Chick-fil-A in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Back of House Team Member. You will work directly for an independent Owner/Operator to deliver signature Chick-fil-A service and great food in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently, stocking inventory, keeping the kitchen clean, and following all safety and training procedures while adapting to multiple kitchen stations.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, signature Chick-fil-A service daily.
• Follow kitchen safety, prep, and assembly standards.
• Learn and adapt to multiple kitchen stations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Learn new products and stay up-to-date with Chick-fil-A changes.
• Work safely around equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to rules and dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.
