Chick-fil-A in Florida is seeking a Back of House Team Member to help deliver a great dining experience. The role supports an independent Owner/Operator and upholds Chick-fil-A service and food standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with 20+ hours weekly; daylight and evening shifts are available, and Fridays and Saturdays are required. You will prepare and stock, keep the kitchen clean, learn from leaders, and grow your skills in a supportive

Competenze

Must be able to stand up to 8 hours.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Must be 16 years or older and able to read and understand English policies.

Mansioni

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
Maintain knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
