Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Martin Plaza is hiring a Back of House Team Member for a fast-paced, team-centered role. You will prepare, cook, and present high-quality food while delivering Genuine Hospitality through teamwork and accurate execution.

This year-round daytime position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stand for several hours. Prior kitchen experience helps, but is not required; you will receive on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement plus free meals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is helpful but not required.
• Available for daytime shifts, including at least 3 weekdays and Saturdays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must reflect Chick-fil-A core values and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Keep the kitchen clean, hygienic, and tidy.
• Operate safely around kitchen equipment and report issues.
• Complete PATHWAY and in-house training.

We are hiring a Back of House Team Member for a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork.

Please note: This is a year-round daytime position. Applicants currently in high school are not eligible.

Role Overview

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food while working with a team to deliver fast and accurate service and support Genuine Hospitality through quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, accurately, quickly, and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic, and tidy at all times
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager on Duty or Kitchen Director
• Complete required PATHWAY and in-house training and demonstrate proficiency in assigned Back of House positions
• Other duties as required
