Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring Back-of-House Team Members in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Early shifts starting at 5:30am and late shifts until 4pm are available, with full-time and part-time options.

You will support kitchen operations, learn from experienced Operators, and contribute to a positive team culture. You will receive tuition reimbursement options, opportunities for scholarships, and a competitive pay package.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and staying up-to-date on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Take pride and ownership in the service and food we serve.
• Multitask quickly yet thoroughly.
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic.
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time.
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant.
• Commit to creating a positive and hospitable team culture.
