Chick-fil-A in Mebane, NC is seeking Back of House Team Members to support an independent Owner/Operator. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently while maintaining Chick-fil-A standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge by completing in-house training and updates.
• Know stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep) and stock inventory.
• Keep kitchen clean and organized; follow safety rules and dress code.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and support leadership as needed.

• Full-time, Part-time - scheduled between 5am-5pm

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, efficiently and quickly, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
