Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member to support a friendly, service-oriented kitchen in a fast-paced environment working for an independent Owner/Operator.

You will prepare, cook and present food to Chick-fil-A standards while maintaining safety and cleanliness, and you will learn from experienced leaders with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of kitchen station assignments, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly.
• Stay updated with new Chick-fil-A products.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete in-house training and stay current on changes.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
