Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will contribute to a high-quality dining experience by preparing and presenting food safely and efficiently, while learning from experienced Operators and Leaders.

This role offers flexible scheduling, development opportunities, and scholarships, with a focus on teamwork and personal growth within locally owned Chick-fil-A restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and changes; report maintenance issues.
• Complete opening/closing tasks as assigned and follow dress code.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
