Job summary

Chick-fil-A in El Paso, TX is seeking a Back of House Team Member. This position offers full-time or part-time hours with Sundays off and a friendly, supportive environment where you can learn from an experienced Operator.

You will help prepare and serve food to Chick-fil-A standards, join a team focused on safety and efficiency, and grow through hands-on training and opportunities for advancement within a locally owned Chick-fil-A restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and staying up-to-date on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
