Job summary

Chick-fil-A in San Antonio is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support a fast-paced kitchen and deliver the signature Chick-fil-A experience. You’ll work with an independent Owner/Operator and join a friendly team focused on safety, quality, and speed.

Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, stocking, and keeping the kitchen clean while learning from experienced leaders. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
