Chick-fil-A St. Charles (IL) is seeking Back of House Team Members to join our locally owned restaurant in Saint Charles. You will assist with food prep from washing lettuce to frying Waffle Potato Fries, while upholding food safety and quality and helping serve customers efficiently.

No prior experience required; candidates must be 16+ and able to lift up to 50 pounds. In-person roles with flexible shifts and team-focused growth opportunities are available.

Our Back of House Team Members, or BOH TMs, are the heart of our restaurant and are entrusted with all food preparation from washing and chopping lettuce for our salads to frying our Waffle Potato Fries. We’re looking for people who prioritize food safety and food quality, while trying to serve our customers as quickly as possible. No prior experience or education is required for the role. Requirements include being 16 years and older and being able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds in weight.
