Job summary

Chick-fil-A Frankfort is hiring a Back of House Team Member in a part-time role starting at $15+ per hour, based on experience. You will work under an independent Owner/Operator and help deliver the signature Chick-fil-A dining experience in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities include food prep, cooking, assembly, safe handling, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized. Fridays require availability; Sundays are off.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of kitchen station assignments (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Follow Chick-fil-A products and procedures.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report issues to leadership.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code and rules.
• Support other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick‑fil‑A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick‑fil‑A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick‑fil‑A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
