Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Hoffman Estates, IL. You will lead the back-of-house operations, oversee receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting cartons, and ensure merchandise flows to the sales floor.

You will reinforce asset protection, safety, and maintain cleanliness. This role coaches associates, participates in recruiting and onboarding, and supports a growing store network.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations, including receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, and moving merchandise to sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, organization and setup to standard.
• Enforce Asset Protection guidelines and safety for customers and associates.
• Direct workload and provide coaching to associates; participate in recruiting and onboarding.
