Andy’s Pizza in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Back of House Shift Lead to oversee kitchen operations during shifts, drive production efficiency, and mentor team members. You will partner with the front-of-house and management to ensure quality and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading line operations, training new staff, managing inventory, and maintaining food safety standards while upholding our values and ensuring a positive, productive work culture.

Qualificações

• Prior experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Proven ability to train and mentor team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Lead back-of-house operations during assigned shifts, especially peak periods.
• Set the pace on the line, stepping in wherever needed to keep production moving.
• Provide real-time feedback to ensure service standards are met.
• Assist with inventory counts and proper rotation of food, supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with management and front-of-house teams to deliver a best-in-class guest experience.
