Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick Daphne is seeking a Team Member to work directly with guests and fellow team members, spreading joy, enriching lives, and serving others. You will complete training through CSCU to flawlessly execute duties and embrace our Culture during every shift.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, supporting teammates, maintaining a clean, safe area, monitoring quality, restocking, and following CSC recipes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver a superb experience on every visit.
• Support fellow team members and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Monitor product quality, safety, and appearance during shifts.
• Restock the work area before leaving your shift.
• Follow CSC uniform and grooming standards.
• Attend scheduled meetings and share improvement ideas.
• Complete tasks efficiently per CSC standards.
• Prepare a variety of items per CSC recipes and standards.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstations and equipment.
• Close the line kitchen properly and assist with closing.
