Ono Hawaiian BBQ in Redlands, CA is hiring Kitchen Crew Members for back-of-house operations. This hourly role involves food preparation, stocking, quality control and serving customers at the cookline, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Flexible part-time or full-time schedules available, with a starting pay of $20.00 per hour. You’ll join a team that values fresh ingredients, from-scratch prep, and a positive, energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• Food handler card required by state or local health department.
• Basic math skills and basic English written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control when cooking and serving food at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure the food is served accurately and timely to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Part-time or full-time.
