Qualifications

• Certified trainer in back-of-house functions.
• Passing grade in Assessment testing.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high employment standards per Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Assist in kitchen set ups for opening crew.
• Check schedule for incoming team members.
• Adhere to security procedures.
• Review daily inventory and sanitation checks.
• Follow recipe cards with no compromise.
• Ensure timely ticket flow and cook times.
• Conduct daily health inspections.
• Maintain sanitation, temperature and food safety standards.
