Job summary

IHOP is hiring a BoH Team Member to keep the kitchen clean, safe, and productive across shifts. You’ll help with food prep, dishwashing, and basic station upkeep while upholding sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in casual restaurant industry preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Familiarity with a POS system is preferred.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

Being reliable and taking a positive approach to tackling physical tasks, such as dishwashing, is critical.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system is preferred
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
