IHOP is hiring for Front-of-House Support roles to sustain a welcoming dining experience. You will assist with car-side and to-go orders, bussing, and team collaboration to ensure efficient service. Flexible shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior casual dining experience and ServSafe certification are a plus. Qualified candidates will have strong communication, stamina, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in casual restaurant industry preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Open availability including evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Familiarity with a POS system is preferred.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

The FoH Support Team is an energetic team player who understands the essentials of restaurant hospitality or is willing to learn. Working various shifts, you will perform such tasks as car-side and to-go, table bussing, and contribute to a productive work environment for all team members.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system is preferred
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
