Job summary

Workstream is seeking a BoH Team Member for their IHOP restaurants in Charlotte, NC. This role involves kitchen maintenance, cleaning, and ensuring a sanitary work environment. Candidates should preferably have at least 6 months of experience in the casual restaurant industry, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system is preferred.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and manage the kitchen space to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Perform physical tasks, such as dishwashing, reliably and positively.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

The BoH Team Member is an energetic team player who understands the essentials of restaurant kitchen maintenance or is willing to learn. Working various shifts, you will clean and manage the kitchen space to ensure a safe, sanitary, and productive work environment for all team members. Being reliable and taking a positive approach to tackling physical tasks, such as dishwashing, is critical.
