Chick-fil-A in Rapid City, SD is hiring Team Members to provide an exceptional dining experience and uphold Chick-fil-A service standards. As a Back of House Breading Team Member, you will bread chicken products, keep the kitchen clean, and work with teammates during peak breakfast, lunch and dinner rushes.

Full-time or part-time positions with day (5:45am-5pm) and night (2pm-11pm) shifts and flexible scheduling. Pay is $17-$18 per hour.

What does a shift at Chick-fil-A as a Team Member look like?

As a Back of House (BOH) Breading Team Member at Chick-fil-A, your day starts with a team huddle to set goals, followed by prepping the kitchen for a safe, quality, and efficient guest experience. You will prepare and bread chicken products with care and consistency. You’ll engage with other team members during busy Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner rushes, non peak periods, ensuring accuracy, and delivering incredible service. Between preparing and serving, you’ll maintain a spotless restaurant and equipment, and collaborate with your team to keep the pace lightning-fast and friendly.

Position Type:

• Full-time or Part-time positions available

Hours:

• Day shift works between the hours of 5:45am-5pm with flexible scheduling
• Night shift works between the hours of 2pm-11pm with flexible scheduling
