Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Member to join our kitchen team as a Breader. You will bread chicken products to Chick-fil-A standards while ensuring quality, safety, and consistency in a busy environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and a positive guest experience.

As a Breader you will follow recipes, maintain a clean breading station, and support the kitchen with timely food preparation. The position may be full-time or part-time, with evening shifts and opportunities for growth

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and bread chicken products according to Chick-fil-A recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in all food preparation.
• Work with a sense of urgency to meet restaurant demand while maintaining food quality.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked breading station.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen Team Members and Leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor product levels and prepare chicken according to restaurant needs.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all stations.
• Stock inventory as needed.
• Keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned
